Introduction

Shengyang Industrial Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1975, an affiliate of former Shenyang Pump Factory. We became an independent legal entity in 1996. Our company specialize in the design, R&D, manufacturing, testing, sales, installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial pump for the main facility of thermal power generation and petrochemical industry. We inherit the advanced technology of world famous pump manufacturers and after years of improvement and innovation, we registered Shengong Pump brand. 

Currently our company cover an area of 35,000㎡, the construction area is 26,000㎡. We have over 180 production equipments, including 117 sets of metal-cutting machining tools, 28 sets of precision machining tools, over 10 sets of CNC machining tools. Shengong Pump also have a large test center for pump which has a water tank of 5,000m3, a maximum test flow rate of 50,000m3/h, a maximum test pressure of 40Mpa and a maximum test motor power of 5,500KW.

Our main products are high pressure boiler feed water pump, condensate water pump, circulating water pump, process pump such as OH2, BB1, BB2, BB5 type, etc. Most of our customers are national energy conglomerates, including PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, China Huadian Corporation, etc. We have been rated as an excellent supplier in 20 consecutive years.

After nearly half a century`s development, Shengong Pump have grown into a National Green Factory, National Specialized and Innovative Small Giant Enterprise, National Service-oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise and National High-Tech Enterprise. We are also a member of National Technical Committee on Pumps of Standardization Administration of China as well as a recognized manufacturer by API and Eurasian Economic Union.

Research and Development

Currently we have 55 technical R&D staff, including 2 professor-level senior engineers, 5 senior engineers and 38 engineers. Most of our technicians are from former Shenyang Pump Factory who specialized in pump design, manufacturing and quality management. Shengong Pump has established a national-level industrial pump testing center and a provincial-level enterprise technology center, actively playing a leading role in technological innovation. With participation in over one hundred national major projects, we have gained 47 various scientific and technological awards and successfully addressed over forty key technical challenges within the industry. The company's product range covers all centrifugal pumps used in thermal power generation and petrochemical industry.

We boast a robust R&D capability through our Enterprise Technology Center of Liaoning Province with R&D personnel accounting for 31.64%.
