The Technical Research Center of Shengong Pump, in collaboration with the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, have established a digitalized experimentation research center and a test platform capable of meeting the R&D testing needs of high-end centrifugal pumps. Utilizing an automatic data acquisition system and cloud services, the platform not only enables real-time access to test data but also extends its services to support R&D testing for similar products of other small and medium-sized enterprises.
The testing center has a water tank capacity of 5,000m3, a maximum test flow rate of 50,000 m3/h, a maximum test pressure of 40MPa, a maximum test motor power of 5,500KW, and voltages of 380V, 6KV, and 10KV. The overhead crane has a maximum capacity of 50 tons. It boosts 10 test beds-4 OH type test beds, 4 BB type test beds and 2 VS type test beds.
